Pekalongan, (Antaranews Jateng) - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) paid a working visit to Pakalongan District, Central Java Province, on Monday.

The Head of State was greeted by ulemas and thousands of students of Islamic boarding schools upon his arrival here.

Governor Ganjar Pranowo of Central Java, Inspector General Condro, head of the Central Java Provincial Police, Pekalongan District Head Asif Kholbihi and Habib Lutfhi bin Ali Yahya, head of the Rois A`am Maulana, also welcomed the President.

Jokowi was scheduled to officially open a congress of Thariqah Almutabaroh An Nadhliyah (Jatman).
