Landslide Kills Villager in Semarang

Tova Adi Saputra (21) of the village of Gombel Lama was found dead after rocks and mud rolled down the hill hitting and destroying the the back part of the house where he was sleeping.

Sunardi (45), his uncle, said the landslide occurred at 0.4.00 local time.

Four other people including his father, monther and brother and a relative were safe, as they slept in the front rooms, Sunardi said.

"There was no sign of landslide after two days of rain," he said.
